Each Yoga posture is Sacred...
and cannot be truly explained with words that are limited by their nature coming from our mind.
Only through personal practice on a daily basis, the yogi can receive a true answer.
Yet it is important that the intention of the practitioner is elevated beyond a selfish desire, and based out of devotion toward the enlightened nature of the self
called God or Allah by some, Bodhisattva Boddhichitta, Nirvana,
whatever the path the goal is the same.
Selfless and One with every living forms.
If our intention excludes anyone alive from the benefit of happiness, our yoga practice is just not letting us reach the goal of enlightenment.
Believing sincerely that we can be enlightened while we practice any form of yoga, is in itself the secret ingredient that will make enlightenment possible.
A yogi should study the Yoga Sutras of Master Patanjali, which are the ingredient that make Yoga as it is.
