- Why should we preserve yoga?
- I believe Yoga will survive in some shape or form the same as it has for millennia. The task that fall to us, is to preserve it with the same integrity in which it as it has been passed on from generation to generation so far.
- What is yoga?
- Balance
- What inspires you most about yoga?
- That it has allowed a personal perspective in which yoga is a universal modicum for service in which the core teachings of almost all spiritual paths are represented.
