The first one is one of the two resorts they have us at. The second link is the web site for the place we rented. The published rates are for high season. We negotiated it down from there during high season. September is definitely not high season and I've seen deals where you can get a house for a month at the weekly rate. Unbelievably cheap! You can just do a search on the internet to find more. San Pancho and San Francisco are the same town.

If the costs are part of your decision, renting a house is much cheaper than what the resorts are charging in the package deal. we rented a nice house in season for about $20/person/night. You also don't need a car in San Pancho. The town is fairly sophisticated, but small. What are you studying and where?
