- Why should we preserve yoga?
- because no matter what people are always going to want to become happy and free, and are going to need methods that work. still, in order for those methods to work, they have to be passed down, meticulously intact, just as the relentlessly compassionate and dutiful beings who gave their lives to the teachings did for us. the compartmentalization of the eight kingly limbs ends here, with us, when we stop "doing" yoga, and start making space within for yoga to be the living truth that it is; emanating healing and wonder and sweet wisdom from our very hearts. helloooooo soapbox!

- the work and play of becoming sane for the sake of all living beings.
- What inspires you most about yoga?
- the rare opportunity to awaken. inner spaciousness. getting to live in technicolor. direct experience of mini-liberations left and right.
